I was wondering If I do Liposuction and transfer/inject some of my body fat to tmy face around eye lids or….Does it have any side effect?
Is there a chance/risk of my face look uneven ( after injecting the fats) later on?

    I really appreciate your response,

    Sherly

    • Fat transfer after liposuction to the face and the gluteal (buttocks) region has been done for a number of years. This procedure has very few side effects or complication, the most common being swelling and bruising. In our practice we have not noticed any unevenness or irregularities in the face after the fat injection however that does not mean it cannot occur.

  2. Good day Dr.,
I am a mother of four and I”ll bet you know what I’m about to say. I need a tummy tuck sooo bad! I am not serverely overweight at all, My body is just the way that I want it except for the loose skin that I have abdominally after 4 c-sections. My confidence is so low that I hold a pillow in front of me at all times so my husband is not repulsed by the sight. I need advice on this matter. I am 38 years old and dont plan to have any more kids.

    • The excess and loose skin is fairly common among women especially after few babies. depending on your body frame, how big the babies were and how much your abdominal muscle and skin stretched, there might be a residual muscle weakening that gives you the round pooch at the lower stomach region. The abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) procedure will remove the excess and loose skin as well as tightening of the abdominal wall muscle.
